Pursuant to Article 12(2) of Law No. 519-V, all Takmyn and Takmyn ID servers and databases are physically hosted 100% within the territory of Turkmenistan (Article 12(2) of Law of Turkmenistan No. 519-V) on TürkmenTelekom (sanly.tm) national infrastructure. No cross-border data transfers occur.
This Policy is governed by the Civil Code of Turkmenistan (Law No. 162-VII of 28.06.2025), Law No. 519-V "On Information about Private Life and Its Protection" (20.03.2017), Law No. 72-V "On Information and Its Protection" (03.05.2014), Law No. 159-V "On Legal Regulation of Internet Development and Internet Services in Turkmenistan" (20.12.2014), and Law No. 171-VI "On Cybersecurity" (31.08.2019).
Scope of this Policy & Ecosystem Legal Links
This Privacy Policy applies to the following services of the Takmyn ecosystem:

Data Minimization & Categories Processed (Article 12(1) of Law No. 519-V)
We do not collect passport numbers, biometrics, or payment card details. Only minimal functional data is processed:
- Takmyn ID Account: phone number (
+993XXXXXXXX, verified once via SMS upon registration), e-mail address (up to 3 linked addresses, such as@sanly.tmand others) for subsequent one-time sign-in codes (OTP) and optional password authentication, display name, UI language (tk/ru/en), and optional profile avatar photo (when not set, the profile badge displays user initials on a colored background). Users may view all active devices and sessions, close unneeded sessions, and inspect or revoke connected apps at any time in their profile (Article 20 of Law No. 519-V); - Anonymized Traffic Probes (Article 18 of Law No. 519-V): GPS traffic probes are never linked to
user_id, device identifiers are hashed with a rotating daily saltsha256(device_id + daily_salt), and raw points expire within 2 hours; - "Friends on Map" (Article 20 of Law No. 519-V): location is shared solely when explicitly enabled by the user with approved friends (1-hour or end-of-day timers, "Invisible" mode, or ~1 km approximate mode); location trails expire after 24 hours;
- Reviews, Photos & Favorites: EXIF metadata (including capture GPS coordinates and camera identifiers) is automatically stripped upon photo upload;
- Security Logs (Article 25 of Law No. 159-V): retained within Turkmenistan for 12 months.

Takmyn web properties (takmyn.com, https://takmyn.com.tm) and Takmyn ID use no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The takmyn.com hub website has no data-entry forms and self-hosts all fonts and visual assets.
Only strictly necessary technical storage is used across Takmyn web interfaces and apps:

National Hosting Infrastructure & Open Data Attribution
All Takmyn servers, PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases, tile servers, Valhalla routing engines, and sj@sanly.tm mail services are hosted 100% within Turkmenistan on TürkmenTelekom (sanly.tm) infrastructure.
In accordance with open-data license terms and Article 6(3) of Law No. 72-V "On Information and Its Protection", Takmyn attributes the following open cartographic and reference sources:

- Overture Maps Foundation — CDLA-Permissive-2.0 (Community Data License Agreement – Permissive 2.0): Building footprints and supplemental spatial attributes.
- Wikidata — CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication): Multilingual place names and canonical identifiers.
- MET Norway (Norwegian Meteorological Institute) — CC BY 4.0: City-level weather forecasts fetched server-to-server without user identifiers.
Data Subject Rights, Directory Removal & Statutory Response Times (Article 27 of Law No. 519-V)
Pursuant to Articles 6, 20, and 27 of Law No. 519-V, the Operator guarantees the following response timeframes:
- Within 1 business day (bir iş gününiň dowamynda): response to data subject requests sent to sj@sanly.tm and blocking of disputed data pending review (Article 27(2) of Law No. 519-V);
- Within 1 business day (Right of Removal from Public Directory — Article 6(2) of Law No. 519-V): any individual or entrepreneur listed in the public directory may request immediate removal or correction of their personal details via sj@sanly.tm or "Report an error", executed within 1 business day;
- Within 3 business days (üç iş gününden köp bolmadyk möhletde): rectification of inaccurate data and permanent deletion upon withdrawal of consent (Article 27(5) and 27(7) of Law No. 519-V);
